The images, PDF and other related data, available on the online art collection site may be downloaded or printed out without permission only if they are for personal use.
■ Use on other websites
To use any of image data included on our online art collection site on other websites, please notify us beforehand by email (to the mail address at the bottom) including the following information:
1. The URL of the site in which the said data is to be included
2. The name and reference number of the said data
Please follow the rules below when including our data on your website:
* Specify the source and other related information such as the photographer's name.
* Editing to change the image size or improve its quality (e.g. sharpness) is allowed.
NOTE: Please note that creating links for direct download, commercial use or redistribution of any data included in our online collection site are prohibited.
■ Use on printed publication materials
To use any image data included on our online art collection site on your own printed publications, please send us an approval request by POST (to the address at the bottom) including the following information:
1. The name and reference number of the said data
2. Specific purposes and the name/nature of the material in which the said data is to be included
3. The name of organization and its representative, with his/her signature attached
4. The name of contact person
